Currently, the industrial world is entering industry 4.0, which combines information and communication technology into the industrial field. This makes it urgent to increase the link and match between graduates from the Faculty of Business and the industrial world.
The Faculty of Business, Widya Mandala Catholic University Surabaya (FB UKWMS) is a faculty that produces professionals in the field of business that is relevant to the industrial world and is committed to having a positive impact on the progress and development of higher education in Indonesia by actively participating through quality research and community service.

FB UKWMS has nine Study Programs, namely the S1 Accounting Study Program and the S1 Management Study Program, both of which have "UNGGUL" accreditation, as well as five Superior Programs, namely the International Business Management (IBM) Program, the Digital Accounting Program, the Accounting and Taxation Program, the Digital Business Management (DBM) Program, and the Service and Event Management Program. FB UKWMS also has Postgraduate Study Programs, namely Master of Management, Master of Accounting, and Doctor of Management Sciences and Vocational Study Programs, namely Diploma-III Office Administration and Diploma-III Accounting. Since 2019, FB UKWMS has two Outside main campus Study Program (PSDKU) located in Madiun City, namely the S1 Accounting Study Program and the S1 Management Study Program.

All programs at the Faculty of Business are supported by the implementation of the Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) program, Outcome-based Curriculum and KKNI, Fastrack Programs for S1 and S2, as well as international programs carried out by building cooperation with foreign institutions such as Double Degree programs, Joint Degrees, student exchanges, and others. FB UKWMS is ready to lead the younger generation in achieving their dreams as future business leaders in the international arena.
