The WMCUS Faculty of Business again held a Guest Lecture, with speakers from the Doctoral Program (S3) Management Science Students, namely Joseph Theodorus Wulianadi known as Mr. Joger. He is currently in his second semester to complete his Doctoral program, but this time he shared his business philosophy for students of the Faculty of Business, ranging from Diploma Three to Bachelor students. This activity was guided by Dr. Dyna Rachmawati, M,Si as one of the lecturers in the Strategic Management course of the Accounting Study Program. Mr. Joger shared his experience in pioneering the Joger Word Factory business, in 1981 and until it became one of the mandatory souvenirs for tourists when visiting the Island of the Gods or Bali. He founded Joger, which was initially oriented towards profit alone or profit oriented to be more pursuing happiness or happines oriented. Mr Joger said that adaptation to change or digitalization is necessary but the Company's business philosophy must be maintained, Mr Joger's philosophy shared includes: good faith, good faith must be carried out in attitude, do not focus on competition, but how to bring happiness to others.
