Doctor in Management Science

The Doctor of Management Science Study Program (PS DIM) was established in 2009 based on the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education No. 68/D/T/2009, dated January 20, 2009. PS DIM began running starting with the inaugural lecture on July 4, 2009 by opening specializations in Strategic Management, Financial Management, and Marketing Management.

PS DIM is a manifestation of the development of the Management study program which has previously opened the Management Study Program (Strata One - S1) since 1965 and the Master of Management Study Program (Strata Two - S2) since 2000. The Doctor of Management Science Study Program based on the Decree of the Higher Education Accreditation Board No.174/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/D/I/2018 dated January 03, 2018, was re-accredited B. The latest accreditation of PS DIM is carried out by the Institute for Independent Accreditation of Economics, Management, Business and Accounting (LAMEMBA) and based on LAMEMBA Decree No.302/DE/A.5/AR.10/ III/2023 dated March 28, 2023, accredited with a rating of Very Good

The curriculum contains competencies, curriculum structure, course descriptions related to study program specifications. Competencies developed in the PS DIM curriculum. These competencies are also the basis for the preparation of PS DIM specifications. After the determination of the graduate profile and independent professional profile, based on Presidential Regulation no. 8 of 2012 dated January 17, 2012 concerning the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework, article 5 (h) states that Applied Doctoral and Doctoral graduates are equivalent to level 9.

PS DIM graduates can work in various professional fields, including as academics, researchers, and entrepreneurs, as well as professionals who are able to demonstrate their competence where they work. The competence of graduates is shown in the Independent Professional Profile (PPM) of PS DIM graduates, as follows:
